All Missing Paperwork Due We will be handing out equipment Saturday July 26th at the HAWKS HQ. Final payment and all paperwork must be turned in before you can pick up your equipment. Additionally  all paperwork must be handed in before you can practice.  We will be collecting paperwork on Saturday as well. Please join the Hawks on Saturday June 14th at the Hawks HQ located at 2054 Semoran blvd. Winter Park Fl. 32792. Registration will open at 9AM and conclude at 1PM, To register please bring your full registration fee of $200 (additional $85 apparel fee for cheer) and your completed registration form located here. You also have the option of paying a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on a 2014 roster.

Cheer registration is OPEN at all levels

A physical dated after January 1,2014 on Pop Warner Physical Form*
Signed Participant/Player Contract*
Birth Certificate: original or Certified copy of plus an additional copy for our records
Drivers License, passport, or Florida ID showing current address or Parent or Guardian
Copy of FINAL Report Card for 2014
Wallet size photo of your child
Payment in full: Football $200 Cheerleading: $285
